What is the Red Tent?
What happened and what is our story of the red thread?
A long time ago, women gathered to support each other birthing children and honoring the sacred womb that gave life.
Mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, aunts gathered to support, teach, and learn from, and love one another. The sisterhood was a place where the bonds of trust flourished and women felt supported and loved.
After a while the wheels of time turned, and what was sacred was feared.
Stories of women skewed with distrust and suspicion. Slowly, the sisterhood fractured and women began to turn them away from one another so they could not remember who they were, and the light they carried.
It is time again for women to gather in sacred circle, and remember who we are nurturing and strengthening each other, sharing wisdom, ancient secrets, and modern skills.
Together we can do MORE, whilst having WAY more FUN.
One woman can make a difference but together we can rock our world.
Maidens, Mothers, Queenagers, Wise Women, Crones, Goddesses are welcomed and welcomed home into the loving embrace of the Red Tent.
To laugh, to cry, to release emotion, to brag, be held, and be celebrated. To BE, exactly Who You Are, that day, it’s OK, Come be Loved.
Women are coming together to heal, grow & prosper. This is the new Sisterhood!
